Job Description
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, operating systems and applications.
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
- Talking staff through a series of actions, either face-to-face, over the phone or remotely, to help set up systems or resolve issues.
- Troubleshooting system and network problems, diagnosing, and solving hardware or software faults.
- Replacing parts as required.
- Supporting the roll out of new applications.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's in computer science or related field
- 3:5 years’ work experience in related field required
- Capable of installing, configuring and troubleshooting office 2016/2019 and outlook email
- CCTV system installing and managing the DVR/NVR
- Familiar with Cisco switches and network design
- Practical experience of Fortinet firewall administration and configuration
- Knowledge of azure platform and its integration with on-premises servers
