Job Description
We're Hiring IT Engineers!
Are you passionate about technology and eager to make a difference? Join our team as an IT Engineer specializing in technical support, installation, and implementation of our solutions. You'll also provide training and ongoing support to ensure our clients succeed.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for Windows Server infrastructure (AD, DNS, DHCP)
- Troubleshoot Linux-based systems and services
- Support virtualization environments (VMware, Oracle VM, etc.)
- Maintain and troubleshoot network infrastructures
- Assist with client system support in domain settings
- Support automation tools (SCCM, WSUS, Ansible)
- Troubleshoot Group Policy Object implementations
- Create and maintain technical documentation
- Resolve cross-platform server and network issues
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Must be Female
- Bachelor's in Computer Science/Engineering or related field
- 5+ years in technical support or systems administration (Windows & Linux)
- Experience with AD, Group Policy, and virtualization tools
- Strong understanding of networking and security
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
Preferred:
- Cloud platform exposure (Azure, AWS)
- Containerization knowledge (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python)
- Monitoring tools (Zabbix, Grafana, PRTG)
- Certifications (MCSE, RHCE, CCNA)
