Essential Requirements:

4+ years in the SMS sector, with in-depth knowledge of MySQL, TCP, HTTP, Mikrotik and SMPP protocols.
Proficient in Windows/Linux, with solid networking and database skills.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related, or equivalent experience.
Ready to work overnight shifts.
Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent at teamwork and knowledge sharing.
Experience with ticketing systems for issue tracking and resolution.
