Job Requirements
What You’ll Need (Essential Requirements):

- 1–3 years of experience in a technical support or L1 support role
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel and handling large datasets
- Hands-on experience with ticketing systems like Jira or ServiceNow
- Ability to deliver swift, accurate, and efficient responses via email and chat
- A strong analytical mindset and problem-solving attitude
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic
Nice to Have:
- Experience in FMCG and/or retail domains
- Familiarity with data visualization tools
