Job Requirements

What You’ll Need (Essential Requirements):

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in a technical support or L1 support role
  • Proficiency in Advanced Excel and handling large datasets
  • Hands-on experience with ticketing systems like Jira or ServiceNow
  • Ability to deliver swift, accurate, and efficient responses via email and chat
  • A strong analytical mindset and problem-solving attitude
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in FMCG and/or retail domains
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools
  • A disciplined yet flexible approach to working in a hybrid environment
