Role Description

As a Sales Account Manager, you will:
- Develop the Ideal Customer Profile aligned with our business model and criteria.
- Generate new leads using active and passive strategies.
- Contact prospects to qualify leads effectively.
- Follow up with customers and provide detailed weekly and monthly reports.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and create profiles for new customers.
Job Requirements
- Qualifications:
1. Knowledge of lead generation, account management, and cold calling.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
4. Basic understanding of CRM tools.
5. 1-2 years of experience in a related field.
6. Basic knowledge of the ICT market.
