Job Description
- Identify and target potential B2B clients to expand the company’s customer base and drive revenue growth.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve organizational sales targets within assigned territories.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication and exceptional service.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the manufacturing or paper industry.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
