Job Description
- Develop and implement a facility management program including preventative maintenance and life-cycle requirements.
- Develop maintenance policies and strategies.
- Assess and analyze incidents, complaints and resolve prerational problems.
- Monitor payments of materials acquisition and budget constraints issues.
- Hires contractors or subcontractors to perform maintenance work too specialized or extensive to be performed by the maintenance staff.
- Ensure Operation of BMS implementing energy conservation policies.
- Communicate plans for upper level improvements to maintenance worker staff.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and industry codes.
- Ensure efficient utilization of facility maintenance staff.
- Performance manage, develop and train staff.
- Prepare and track facility budget.
- Monitor expenses and payments.
- Generate and present regular reports and reviews of facility-related budgets, finances, contracts, expenditures and purchases.
- develop and implement cost reduction initiatives.
Job Requirements
- A Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering.
- At least 10 years of experience in HVAC projects.
- Minimum five years of experience in operation and maintenance.
- Previous managerial experience.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
