Job Description
- Oversees routine inspection procedures to identify and schedule required preventive maintenance activities.
- Assists in diagnosing issues arising during maintenance operations and takes appropriate action to minimize downtime, in coordination with the Project Manager.
- Reviews and inspects spare parts needed for repairs to reduce maintenance time and optimize the use of spare parts and materials.
- Receives purchased spare parts and ensures their compliance with the required technical specifications for proper utilization.
- Monitors spare parts purchase requests, warehouse inventory, and consumption rates to ensure availability and minimize operational costs.
- Carries out scheduled maintenance and repair work for facility systems in accordance with Project Manager directives.
- Prepares daily work reports and inspection plans to ensure consistent and efficient operations.
- Ensures the cleanliness and safety of repair and testing equipment during maintenance, confirming their readiness and operational efficiency.
- Supervises the proper execution of maintenance procedures to uphold individual safety standards.
- Monitors HVAC system activities during the shift and submits a detailed report to the Project Manager.
- Oversees the implementation of emergency response plans and ensures all personnel comply with safety measures and guidelines.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering (or a related field).
- Minimum of 5–8 years of experience at least 3 years in facility maintenance or engineering operations, preferably in malls, commercial buildings, Hotels or Hospitals.
- Hands-on experience in preventive and corrective maintenance procedures.
- Familiarity with HVAC systems, mechanical/electrical troubleshooting, and spare parts management.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings, maintenance manuals, and equipment specifications.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures, equipment operation, and safety standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to prepare technical reports.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to act quickly under pressure.
- Effective communication and coordination skills, especially in a shift-based team environment.
