Job Description
- Review and prepare shop drawings, as-built drawings, and design coordination for mechanical and electrical systems.
- Study and analyze project specifications, BOQs, and contract documents.
- Prepare material submittals, technical documentation, and method statements.
- Coordinate between site teams, procurement, and subcontractors to ensure timely execution of renovation works.
- Support in cost estimation, quantity surveying, and variation order analysis.
- Participate in the technical evaluation of suppliers and subcontractors.
- Ensure that all technical documents comply with industry standards, codes, and project requirements.
- Assist in site inspections, progress reports, and technical support to project management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
- 3–5 years of experience in technical office roles, preferably in facility management, renovation, or fit-out projects.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, lighting, and power systems.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and technical drawing tools.
- Knowledge of relevant codes and standards (e.g., ASHRAE, NEC, NFPA, etc.).
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
