Job Description
* Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their goals, challenges, and preferences.
* Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, meetings, and presentations.
* Collaborate with internal teams including HR, Finance Team, Data Entry & Analysis Team to develop tailored marketing solutions that meet client objectives.
* Manage multiple client projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and expectations are exceeded.
* Analyze campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations for optimization and improvement.
* Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights, recommendations, and guidance on marketing strategies and tactics.
* Proactively identify opportunities for account growth and upselling of additional services.
* Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually enhance client campaigns and deliverables.
Job Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
* Proven experience in account management, preferably in a marketing agency setting.
* Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies, with the ability to translate client objectives into effective campaigns.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and internal teams.
