Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise workers maintaining electromechanical systems and equipment.
- Implement and monitor maintenance for all systems.
- Oversee daily field readings and verify equipment functionality.
- Manage inventory, storekeeping, and material requisitions.
- Review daily work reports and maintain operation and maintenance manuals.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- B.Sc. in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (preferably from Cairo or Ain Shams University).
- 1-3 years of experience in the operation and maintenance of buildings (hotels, large residential complexes, or offices).
- Knowledge of electromechanical equipment, light current systems (CCTV, BMS, fire alarm, etc.), and technical manuals.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Computer skills (MS Office, BMS, AutoCAD).
