Job Description
- Prepare and analyze technical and financial bids for projects.
- Study technical specifications and engineering drawings to define the project scope.
- Accurately prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and cost estimates.
- Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to receive and analyze quotations both technically and financially.
- Contribute to the preparation of contracts and competitive proposals and monitor the status of tenders.
- Maintain continuous coordination with technical, execution, and procurement departments to ensure cost alignment with project requirements.
- Prepare periodic analytical reports on pricing and tender status.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- 5 to 7 years of practical experience in the same field or similar environments within the elevator or electromechanic contracting sectors.
- Proficiency in engineering design software such as AutoCAD, and quantity surveying tools such as Excel. ERP system experience (e.g., SAP) is preferred.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written (mandatory).
- Strong analytical skills and accuracy in quantity surveying and cost estimation.
- Ability to work within a team, under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
