Job Description
- Lead the maintenance team in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining mechanical systems and equipment.
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies, including predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance.
- Conduct regular inspections and assessments of mechanical systems to identify potential issues.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and resolve any technical challenges.
- Manage maintenance projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and generate reports for management.
- Train and mentor junior maintenance staff, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
- Minimum of 3 and a maximum of 6 years of experience in mechanical maintenance (Senior).
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, equipment, and maintenance practices.
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools and software for troubleshooting.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, PMP) are a plus.
- Electrical maintenance knowledge is a plus.
