-Keeping Molds working stable and meeting the required productivity. -Performing preventive maintenance and restoring from break downs activities in time.
-Developing inspection and preventive maintenance plans.
-Calculating the required spares and observing safety stock.
-Determining the required internal and external training to improving team skills.
-Following up and updating maintenance documents and data analysis.
-Planning and implementing the required maintenance plans according to BD and PM monthly data analysis and technical surveys.
-Adhering to safety and quality requirements during maintenance operations.
-Organizing mechanical department manpower and operations.
