Job Description
- Implement a preventive maintenance plan and make any necessary amendments, ensuring proper communication with relevant stakeholders to optimize equipment reliability and ensure the availability of required spare parts within scope.
- Participate in the selection of new machines, lines, and equipment for the plant’s production lines, and support cost-saving initiatives.
- Develop service level agreements with internal customers and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services, prepare the annual maintenance budget for approval, and monitor expenditures against the set budget.
- Monitor equipment performance, create corrective action plans to address deviations from agreed standards, and establish proper control procedures.
- Understand and adhere to Quality & Food Safety policies, as well as key health, safety, environmental, and sustainability goals in our facilities, and actively encourage all employees to comply with them.
Job Requirements
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Years of Experience: 2 to 6 years.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in repairing and maintaining mechanical systems and machinery.
- Good knowledge of pneumatic control systems.
- Strong experience in packaging machines maintenance.
- Ability to develop and implement master maintenance plans and schedules.
- Capability to manage and supervise mechanical maintenance technicians.
