Job Description
Responsible for helping manager create and develop training workshops, including event planning, raising funds and getting sponsors, managing printing and design of training materials, contacting customers and organizations
- Liaise with training providers and relevant institutions such as awarding bodies and government agencies.
- Tailor training programs to match customer needs.
- Guide the project implementation with proper adherence to schedule, budget, and available resources.
- Coordinate the mobilization of local and international trainers.
- Coordinate different logistics, facilities, transportation, accommodation, etc. for both trainers and learners.
- Raise funds and recruit sponsors of training programs
Job Requirements
- Excellent English skills, communication and presentation skills, organization and fund raising abilities.
