We currently have a full time position available at our Nacr City office.
Job Description:
- Supports Level I technical support issues via telephone, email support, and chat.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Job Requirements
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate and educate effectively, both orally and in writing.
- Skill in the use of personal computers, mobile devices and related software applications.
- Ability to work productively and efficiently to meet deadlines and quotas.
- Analytical skills.
- Knowledge of customer service principles, techniques, systems and standards.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- General knowledge of the Internet including how to utilize search engines to troubleshoot.
- General knowledge of Operating Systems: Windows, Macintosh, Linux.
- General knowledge of Email clients: Outlook, Webmail cPanel, etc.
- Knowledge and ability to use Internet Browsers such as Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, and Safari.
- Working knowledge of MS Office or Google Docs.
- Familiarity with ( HTML , PHP , FTP . DNS , Domains , cPanel).
- Familiarity with Web forums, blogs or vBulletin boards
- Understanding of sales principles and ability to deliver excellent customer experience
- Strong (verbal and written) communication skills with an ability to build relationships
- Effective presentation and negotiation skills
- Good time-management skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Knowledge of technology field and specially Web hosting solutions
- An excellent computer skill is a must.
