Job Description

  • Communicating with customers before the tour to update pick-up timings and tour details.
  • To stay connected with the customers during the tour, collect feedback and comments related to it.
  • To make follow-up calls to the customers, check for their satisfaction, and request them to write a review about their experience with us.
  • Analyze and resolve customer complaints, ensuring excellent service standards.
  • Respond to customer inquiries efficiently, maintaining 100% customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

  • - 1+ years of experience in the Tours & Activities Industry.
  • - Excellent communications skills, non-verbal, verbal and written.
  • - Excellent English & Italian skills.
  • - Strong negotiation skills. 
  • - Organization and time management.
  • - Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
