Job Description

  • Customer complaints handling
  • Inbound and outbound calls
  • Online orders fulfillments (confirmation/delivery/exchanges/returns)
  • Customers inquiries handling (phone/social media/emails)
  • Reporting and analysis 
  • Communicating with back offices and non-customer-facing departments 
  • Great ability to multitask 
  • Good knowledge of CRM and Omni-channel modules (Zoho/Zendesk/Freshworks..etc)
  • Familiar with loyalty programs and C. Sat practices 

Job Requirements

  • Very good level of English (written spoken)
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in multinational call centers (preferably with online shops background) 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
