Job Description
- Customer complaints handling
- Inbound and outbound calls
- Online orders fulfillments (confirmation/delivery/exchanges/returns)
- Customers inquiries handling (phone/social media/emails)
- Reporting and analysis
- Communicating with back offices and non-customer-facing departments
- Great ability to multitask
- Good knowledge of CRM and Omni-channel modules (Zoho/Zendesk/Freshworks..etc)
- Familiar with loyalty programs and C. Sat practices
Job Requirements
- Very good level of English (written spoken)
- 2 to 5 years of experience in multinational call centers (preferably with online shops background)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
