This will include your awareness of any specific hazards at your work placeBe aware of, and comply with local and relevant Food Acts.Wear any appropriate protective clothing provided by or recommended by the Hotel.Report any defects in the building, plant or equipment according to the Hotel procedures.Ensure any accidents to colleagues, guests or visitors are reported in accordance with Hotel procedures.Attend all statutory fire training and to be fully conversant with and abide by all rules concerning, fire, health & safety.Be aware of Fire safety plansAdhere to procedures regarding Health & safetyAdhere to procedures regarding HACCP standardsCANDIDATE PROFILEBachelor’s degree in hospitality or other related field is desirableA total of 4-5 years Food and Beverage experience.2 years minimum in a similar role in a 5 * international environment.Fluent in spoken and written English.Any other foreign languages such as Russian, Chinese, French, Italian, German are highly regardedBar experience is a mustMS Program (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).Advanced Excel.Experience working in a multi cultural environment.Organized and well planned.Able to work with speed and efficiency throughout maintaining positive attitude.Basic knowledge in financial aspects of outlet operations.
