  • Position is responsible for helping drive improved Customer service, improved efficiency and ultimately customer profitability
  • This position will support the service relationship with the customer, and is responsible for helping ensure that the highest level of customer satisfaction is maintained, continually seeking to build and enhance enduring relationships with key customer contacts while working to achieve a thorough understanding of their current and future service requirements
  • Work with logistics department, third parties and repair vendors to help ensure parts availability for the contract
  • Position must have a thorough understanding of Services systems, operations and policies, and customer contract specifics that are used to resolve customer problems
  • Responsible for attending and potentially chairing regular Customer service calls and addressing actions to meet customer contract and SLA.
  • Work with customer as well as internal NCR teams to identify call trends, identify root cause and kick start call reduction initiatives
Job Requirements


  • 3 years+ of related experience
  • Strong customer facing skills
  • Analytical and/or technical experience, preferably within NCR Services
  • Demonstrated proficiencies with Microsoft Office Suite software
  • Knowledge of EDW queries, Oracle system knowledge preferable
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task; Good time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to identify, take ownership and resolve issues with a sense of urgency
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to work as part of a team or independently
