Job Description

Responsibilities

1. Recruitment:

  • Handle the persons with disabilities recruitment process end to end.
  • Develop different models of interviews, assessment tests and assignments for different positions.
  • Develop and maintain model answers, templates and grading systems for assessment tests and assignments.

2. Account Management:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved.
  • Manage accounts through constant follow up, sending updates and reporting on existing projects.
  • Advise clients regarding accommodations for persons with disabilities (Assistive tools).

3. Team Supervision:

  • Assign and delegate tasks , duties and responsibilities for the team members.
  • Coach, monitor and evaluate team members.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Any Related Field.
  • 5+ Years of Relevant Experience.
