Job Description
Responsibilities
1. Recruitment:
- Handle the persons with disabilities recruitment process end to end.
- Develop different models of interviews, assessment tests and assignments for different positions.
- Develop and maintain model answers, templates and grading systems for assessment tests and assignments.
2. Account Management:
- Develop and maintain relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved.
- Manage accounts through constant follow up, sending updates and reporting on existing projects.
- Advise clients regarding accommodations for persons with disabilities (Assistive tools).
3. Team Supervision:
- Assign and delegate tasks , duties and responsibilities for the team members.
- Coach, monitor and evaluate team members.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Any Related Field.
- 5+ Years of Relevant Experience.
