Job Description
- Scans, lists and follow up on the market’s relevant potential clients; Developers, owners and consultants.
- Leads generation through different available channels
- Presents the company’s different services and possible scope of works to potential clients
- Lists the company in the vendor lists at consultants, owners and developers
- Follows up all RFPs issued across the different channels including newspapers and etc.
- Follows up with the tendering for submitting the company’s offers to clients before deadlines and following the awarding process regularly
- Creates long-term relationship with potential clients
Job Requirements
- Good knowledge of the construction market dynamics, key players in Egypt.
- Presentable.
- Client handling and problem solving skills.
- Construction background is a must.
