Job Description

  • Analyze incoming job applications and compare them with the company's current needs.
  • Attend career fairs and professional events to enhance public awareness of the company's attractiveness as an employer.
  • Post job advertisements on various recruitment platforms.
  • Collect and evaluate resumes to select suitable candidates for the required positions.
  • Contact candidates to schedule interviews and coordinate their timing.
  • Communicate with department managers and heads to schedule and organize technical interviews.
  • Prepare and implement employee surveys and monthly/quarterly incentive programs.
  • Execute the approved training plan and track the evaluation of training courses.
  • Prepare reports on the training courses conducted.
  • Inform relevant employees of upcoming training sessions well in advance and ensure their attendance.
  • Enter all training data and trainee information into the Human Resources Management System (HRMS).
  • Apply the company's policies on employee incentives, including various financial and non-financial rewards and recognition.
  • Manage employee benefit programs, such as medical insurance, and ensure all employees are informed about how to use these services.
  • Conduct exit interviews with resigning employees to understand their reasons for leaving.
  • Prepare a monthly report for the HR manager.

Job Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor degree in a relevant field.

Experience:

  • 1-3 years of experience in the field of human resources.
