Researching and identifying new leads and potential new markets and clients.
Survey and visit consultant offices and tendering departments in construction and developer companies to open new opportunities for MEP and other affiliates companies.
Liaise with the tender department, technical office and Projects management to achieve client requirements.
Periodic reports concerning the activities' progress.
Maintain existing business channels and client’s directions.
Think critically when planning to assure project success and professional closing.
Contacting potential clients via email or phone to set up meetings and prepare required presentations for interacting with clients.
Responsible for company prequalification in projects Pre-Tender Stage.
Maintaining an excellent relationship with clients and keeping on reaching great customer satisfaction.
Develop the company's online presence, align with upper management regarding all business
Attending conferences, business meetings, and events.
Developing and leading the negotiation process in person for the company's quotations and proposals
Write reports and provide feedback to upper management about what is and is not working.
Responding to negative press about the company and/or products
Able to draft a contract and negotiate its terms - a process that can often take months
Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential

Bachelor degree in civil, architecture, mechatronics or electrical engineering.
4 - 8 years in the construction field or Engineering consultations.
MBA or Marketing Diploma is preferred.
Have a strong impact and influence on key decision-makers.
Have good relations with consultants, construction companies and decision-makers.
Good Practice in Microsoft Office.
Good Command of Speaking and Written English.
