Job Description

  • Manage time tracking and process payroll according to local law and established practices.
  • Ensuring company compliance with the Labor law.
  • Processing new employees’ social insurance, employees’ termination, leave of absence, and other personnel actions, using appropriate forms.
  • Creating and maintaining personnel records for each employee
  • Keeping records of work time and attendance, tracking employees’ absences (regular/ irregular), and sending legal warnings accordingly.
  • Help to improve the company performance through ensuring to follow established policies, procedures, or particular instructions.
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning and copying to management.
  • Organize, compile and update company personal records and documentation.
  • Support management team in the daily operation

Job Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience.
  • Personnel & Payroll experience.
  • Experience in companies which has outsourcing projects in Saudi Arabia is prefer. 
  • Males only.
  • Location: Nasr city recent or nearby
  • Working 5 days per week.
  • Social & Medical insurance.
