Job Description
- Responsible for designing, monitoring and improving HR processes and technologies over time.
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the hiring of high-quality candidates in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Implement human resources policies and procedures, disseminate and communicate them through employee meetings/and other forms of communication and ensure understanding of stakeholders and compliance.
- Prepare and deliver reports in conformance with legislated requirements as well as monthly and periodical HR reports to management.
- Oversees the provision of human resource generalist services, including compliance with regulatory agencies (labor office, insurance, industrial safety, etc.).
- Plan and provide seasonal and temporary employment needs and manage relevant suppliers and employment agencies.
- Responsible for HRIS administration and data upkeep.
- Manage HR operations and data feeding for payroll generation and other compensation factors.
- Build relationships with staff at all levels; assure that newcomers integrate effectively into the organization by delivering a high-quality onboarding program.
- Actively participate in employee workers’ committees and provide solutions to workers’ issues enhancing the work environment and aiming at employee satisfaction
- Actively participate in job evaluation committee aiming at ensuring fair compensation and benefits
- Handle grievances and discipline requirements in assigned areas.
- Manage HR projects, Admin. and initiatives as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- +7 years of experience in HR operations & Admin., with at least 2 years in an HR Executive role.
- Experience in the sector (construction companies).
- Aware of manufacturing organization and how to deal with it.
- Thorough understanding of HR best practices and employment laws and regulations
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and develop a team of HR and Admin professionals.
- English and management attitude are musts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with all levels of the company
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze HR metrics and provide insights and recommendations
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in HRIS systems “Odoo” will be an add and Microsoft Office Suite.
