Job Description

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment efforts, new hire orientation and onboarding, employee termination, payroll and benefits, company policy and procedure adherence. In addition, you will build strong relationships with our company's managers in order to help them with their human resource needs.

 

Responsibilities

  • Oversee full-cycle of recruitment efforts
  • Develop and oversee new hire orientation, onboarding efforts and employee termination process
  • Assist with payroll and Personal administration
  • Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and legal Responsibilities
  • Recommend strategies to motivate employees.
  • Coordinate employee development plans and performance management.
  • Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
  • Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
  • Oversee all of the OD and Compensation and benefits practices

Job Requirements

 

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, BIS or related
  • HRM Certificate is preferable.
  • Females only
  • Experience in the software field is a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience working in Human Resources
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Self motivated and self directed.
