Job Description

  • Manage stock updates & pricing on ERP / Platform online.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers, hotels and tour operators.
  • Follow up on daily sales team operations and review their daily report.
  • Maintain live view on platform stock manually.
  • Report overdue sales/tours or updates to the COO.
  • Execute customer withdraw/release plans to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and follow up on sales agents performance and tour leaders.
  • Review and supervise content team operations.
  • Review and supervise marketing team operations.
  • Review and supervise development team operations.
  • Record everything in the CRM/ERP.
  • Analyzes how information is recorded and how the process can be improved.
  • Analyzes customer needs and determines how operations can be altered to improve service to customers and better meet their needs.
  • Evaluates all company operations to make sure they are compliant with safety standards and other rules and regulations of the industry.
  • Creates a “whistle blower” system that allows employees to report potential bugs or issues.
  • Audits legal documents that can impact the company.
  • Generates recurring income.
  • Works to increase the value of a business.
  • Manages quality, costs and the efficiency of the organization.
  • Reengineers processes to improve efficiency.
  • Promotes a smooth delivery system for products and services going to clients.
  • Oversees quality control.
  • Supervises production.
  • Handles purchasing and logistics.
  • Manages the supply chain with suppliers.
  • Works with sales team to deliver excellent products and services at the lowest cost possible.
  • Recommends process improvements for every day operating procedures.
  • Provides support for the COO/CEO.
  • Provides support for training sessions and business conferences or meetings.
  • Processes purchase orders.
  • Ensures that corporate accounting policies and procedures are kept.
  • Assists with financial reporting.
  • Tracks expenditures to ensure the company does not go over budget.
  • Assists with COO duties by providing team reports.
  • Trains business operations staff.
  • Conducts operational research.
  • Solves complex problems relating to the operation of the business.
  • Stays up-to-date on software updates / APis or trends that is commonly used in the industry

Job Requirements

  • CRM/ERP knowledge is a MUST.
  • Operations Experience is a MUST.
  • English language is a MUST.
