Job Description
- Manage stock updates & pricing on ERP / Platform online.
- Manage relationships with suppliers, hotels and tour operators.
- Follow up on daily sales team operations and review their daily report.
- Maintain live view on platform stock manually.
- Report overdue sales/tours or updates to the COO.
- Execute customer withdraw/release plans to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
- Manage and follow up on sales agents performance and tour leaders.
- Review and supervise content team operations.
- Review and supervise marketing team operations.
- Review and supervise development team operations.
- Record everything in the CRM/ERP.
- Analyzes how information is recorded and how the process can be improved.
- Analyzes customer needs and determines how operations can be altered to improve service to customers and better meet their needs.
- Evaluates all company operations to make sure they are compliant with safety standards and other rules and regulations of the industry.
- Creates a “whistle blower” system that allows employees to report potential bugs or issues.
- Audits legal documents that can impact the company.
- Generates recurring income.
- Works to increase the value of a business.
