Job Description
- Develop new business with new clients or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
- open new markets in different sections ( automotive, real estate, communications, FMCG,ect)
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Find new channels to get new customers and projects.
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our services according to customer needs and objectives
- Discuss briefs and designs with design studio to bring a design exactly matching with clients
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives high management
- Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results)
- Prepare reports on account status
- Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as an Sales Account Manager relevant role.
- Enough experience in Digital , social media and online services ( Websites , mobile app , online campaigns , production and events )
- Enough experience with Digital , social media and online services clients and accounts ( real estate, automotive , electronics , FMCG, communications )
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field
