Job Description
- Manage and maintain the business strategy and roadmap.
- plan, organize, and integrate cross-functional activities and ensure smooth delivery.
- Work with external third parties/partners to drive the activities and ensure actualization of the business plan
- Guiding and performing strategic analysis for the business delivery projects
- Planning and overseeing the preparation and dissemination of business delivery projects communications
- Manage a periodic project reviews
- Develop, manage and maintain risk register for the delivery.
- Develop and report Delivery KPIs.
- Play a key role in continuous improvement activities
- Act as a leader within the company
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 5-7 years of project management experience or equivalent.
- Agile/scrum master is a plus
- Demonstrated success defining and leading cross-functional projects
- Superior communication skills in Arabic and English both written & spoken
- Ability to work independently and cooperatively in a diverse group
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
- Collaborative & Creative person.
- A strong networking and negotiation skills.
- A strong analytical skill.
