Job Description

Purpose of role:

We are seeking to appoint a Partnerships Manager to drive recruitment and brand recognition
of our ever-expanding team.
The candidate will lead our Africa and the Middle East team in developing and implementing the
regional recruitment strategy

The Successful Candidate:

  • The post holder will need to be professional, flexible, and self-motivated as they engage in a
    range of international recruitment and marketing activities, and be willing to travel
    extensively.
  • The candidate should be able to demonstrate excellent leadership, communication and
    interpersonal skills to develop strong working relationships with the external organization
    such as representatives, partner institutions, sponsors, and government agencies that support
    the Company's international strategy.


Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Managing a network of consultants across the region
     
  • Developing and implementing growth strategies covering partnerships and complementing digital marketing activities
  • Managing B2B partnerships across the entire MEA region
  • Collaborating and closely working with local university partners 
  • Manage event schedule for the region, taking into consideration peak season across the various territories, as well as attending pre-departure events conducted by the university partners.
  • Closely coordinating with the technical, product, and catalogue departments to facilitate deep integration of value-added services and property updates on the website.
  • Organizing and moderating virtual panel discussions with various stakeholders of the education ecosystem.
  • Managing the CSR activities for the company through various initiatives.
  • To establish a brand presence for Casita across the Middle East and Africa, and to support Agents/Partners with the marketing and letting of student accommodations in the UK, Australia, and other countries are added to the Casita website.
  • Using the Consultants existing contact base and contacts as provided by Casita to sign referral agreements with student recruitment agents across the South Asia region.
  • To network with local Universities, International Schools, and Foreign University branch campuses in the market to establish a working relationship and volume agreements
  • Coordinate calendar of Agent Exhibitions and Pre-departure events, government and private education exhibitions, to plan attendance at key exhibitions throughout the year to drive brand awareness and secure bookings
  • lead on budgeting, budget management by volumes by market and by agent, providing input into the improvement of the agent partner portal, the Casita website, and day to day duties as required by the CMO
  • To provide research reports and analysis for MEA
  • Liaising effectively across MEA with key recruitment Agents.
  • Ensuring all agents/counselors are given comprehensive training and have full and complete product knowledge and selling points of Casita.
  • Evaluating recruitment and marketing activities in the region and working within budgetary requirements.
  • Regular travel throughout the region to drive brand awareness
  • Maintaining good PR with counselors to increase numbers of enquiries and develop confidence as the preferred choice by our partners

Job Requirements

  • Experience in managing cross-cultural teams
  • 7+ years' work experience in a similar position
  • Background in educational sales and partnerships
  • In-depth experience in selling to agents
  • Experience in the international education sector
  • Consultative selling techniques
  • Proficient standard office equipment skills
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong people skills
  • Outstanding organizational skills
