Internship Description
- Assist in sourcing and screening French-speaking candidates for various roles across the organization.
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume reviews, and interview scheduling.
- Conduct initial candidate outreach and pre-screening interviews in French and English.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and candidate profiles.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
- Assist in organizing and attending virtual or onsite recruitment events and job fairs.
- Prepare and send offer letters and onboarding documentation to selected candidates.
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the recruitment process.
Internship Requirements
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken (B2 Level).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt.
- Professional demeanor and a collaborative team spirit.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
