Internship Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for organizing the training programs that meet defined business requirements.
- Handle client concerns, queries, and schedules of assignments, materials, facilities, and coordination.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the firm and the client, addressing any issues or needs that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Oversee trainer availability for projects, ensuring alignment with client schedules and project needs. Additionally, providing necessary support to both trainers and clients to ensure successful project delivery.
- To support the clients to evaluate all training and its effectiveness to continually assess whether content is fit for purpose and to continually evolve and improve our learning offer.
- To carry out pre-training assessments.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and metrics to measure knowledge transfer and performance improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in learning and development to enhance training programs continuously.
- Maintain training records, documentation, and invoices.

- From 0 to 2 years of experience.
- Graduates with a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce or Business Administration
- Good team players with the ability to work collaboratively.
- Very good in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Very good written and oral communication.
- Very good English is a must.
