Job Description
- Manage the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the LMS platform.
- Configure, test, and deploy new e-learning courses and content.
- Monitor system performance and promptly resolve technical issues.
- Provide user support and training for staff and learners on LMS functionality.
- Ensure data integrity and generate reports on user progress and course effectiveness.
- Collaborate with instructional designers and trainers to develop interactive learning solutions.
- Implement security protocols and manage access permissions to protect sensitive data.
- Stay updated on LMS trends and recommend improvements or upgrades.
- Manage the payment integration process.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience with LMS platforms (Thinkfic, Canvas, TutorLMS, LeftLMS).
- 5+ Experience Years in relevant field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong technical skills, including troubleshooting and system configuration.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in data analysis and report generation.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of learning management systems and their integration capabilities.
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams to deliver learning solutions.
- Familiarity with SCORM, xAPI, or other e-learning standards.
- Experience in instructional design or e-learning content development.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS or basic web development for LMS customization.
- Exposure to gamification or advanced learning technologies.
