Job Description
- Design and develop comprehensive training programs that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps among employees and tailor training interventions accordingly.
- Deliver hands-on training sessions for new hires, existing staff, and supervisors on relevant skills and technologies.
- Collaborate with department heads and HR to ensure training materials are aligned with job descriptions and performance expectations.
- Create and maintain a diverse library of training resources including manuals, videos, and e-learning modules.
- Track and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback mechanisms.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards by integrating these into all training sessions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to enhance training offerings.
- Manage a budget for training resources and ensure efficient use of allocated funds.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Training & Development, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Training Specialist or similar role within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with employees at all levels.
- Proficiency in creating engaging training materials (e.g., PowerPoint presentations, instructional videos).
- Experience with e-learning platforms and authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Camtasia) is preferred.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and quality control standards specific to the electronics industry.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality deliverables.
