Talent Acquisition internship

Geek Labs is a quickly expanding holding company. Right now, we are looking for fresh grads interested in recruitment to join our team. Please note that this position is onsite at the company's office in Maadi Degla and English fluency is required.

Students will not be accepted. Intern's military service should be completed or exempt. 

At the end of the internship, interns will be considered for full-time employment.

What you’ll be doing…

Over the 3 months you’ll learn our company’s recruitment cycle such as how to source for candidates, conduct pre-screening phone calls, schedule interviews, and conduct the onboarding process. Through this internship, interns will learn more about recruitment and how to qualify candidates for different positions. 

Interns will learn:

• How to make job posts & job descriptions
• How to source and filter candidates
• How to conduct pre-screening phone calls
• How to schedule interviews
• How to qualify candidates for different roles
• Event planning
