Internship Description
- Learn and help with day-to-day learning administration and execution.
- Learn to source for trainers to run in-house and external training programs.
- Gain experience and help with the deployment of e-learning programs.
- Get on-the-job experience by supporting any ad-hoc L&D requirements/deployments.
- Create marketing content for market learning and training programs for Astro employees.
- Experience helping deploy Astro’s Onboarding Program (sending invitations to participants, managing the enrollments, sending reminders to speakers and trainers).
Internship Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or any relevant field.
- Fresh Graduates are welcomed
- Strong English language skills, both written and verbal.
