Internship Description

Job Description: As an HR Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting our recruitment and employee engagement initiatives. You will gain valuable hands-on experience in a dynamic HR environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment:
    1. Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates through various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, referrals).
    2. Schedule interviews and coordinate the interview process.
    3. Evaluate resumes and applications
    4. Assume responsibility of pre-interview screening 
  • learning and development:
  1. Help coordinate training sessions, track employee progress
  2.  Assist in designing development programs.

           Internship Start date: Immediately 

            Duration: 3-Month Paid

Internship Requirements

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Human Resources certificate/diploma holders are preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detailed oriented with excellent organizational abelites.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
