Job Description
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new hires, including scheduling interviews and preparing orientation materials.
- Support the administration of employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of HR data.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate and track employee attendance, leaves, and absences, maintaining up-to-date records.
- Participate in organizing employee engagement activities and internal communications.
- Assist with the preparation and processing of HR documentation such as contracts, letters, and reports.
- Support the implementation of HR initiatives and projects as directed by senior HR staff.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies in all HR practices.
- Help maintain a positive workplace culture by promoting Dakahlia Group’s values and code of conduct.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the HR department by providing feedback and suggestions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Up to 1 year of relevant experience in a human resources or administrative role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Eagerness to learn and develop new HR skills.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work on-site in a fast-paced office environment.
