About the Role

We are looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our ambitious People's dream team and help us drive top talent to our company via innovative candidate attraction strategies. The ideal candidate should be passionate about finding and placing top talent and know-how to reach and engage candidates on a human level.

What you will do!!

Conduct sourcing activities to fill open positions.
Manage recruitment and selection processes (resume screening, screening calls, interviews, etc.)
Review employment applications and background check reports.
Design job descriptions and interview questions to reflect each position’s requirements.
Serve as a brand ambassador at various recruiting events to network and build relationships with potential candidates.
Build long-term relationships with past and potential candidates.
Develop and oversee the new hire onboarding and off-boarding process.
Proactively seek market intelligence to gain a competitive advantage in attraction, assessment, and sourcing methodologies.
Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities.
Research talent acquisition trends in the staffing industry.
