The ideal candidate will bring artistic vision, precision craftsmanship, and expertise in luxury cake design to meet the standards of an elite clientele.Key Responsibilities:Conceptualize, design, and craft luxury cakes tailored to clients’ themes, preferences, and event styles.Create intricate decorations using sugar, fondant, chocolate, and other mediums with exceptional attention to detail.Collaborate closely with the pastry and events team to align cake designs with overall event concepts.Ensure flawless presentation and timely delivery of cakes for weddings, galas, banquets, and VIP events.Maintain consistency in quality, creativity, and innovation while adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.Stay updated on global cake design trends and techniques to continuously elevate artistic offerings.Oversee inventory and manage specialized ingredients, tools, and decorative materials.Qualifications and Requirements:Must have large cake experience.Proven experience as a Cake Artist, preferably in luxury hotels, high-end patisseries, or premium event companies.Strong portfolio showcasing artistic cake designs, sugar art, and decorative craftsmanship.Expertise in various decorating techniques, including fondant, royal icing, airbrushing, and sculpting.Creative flair combined with precision, patience, and a strong eye for detail.Ability to work under pressure and deliver within tight deadlines while maintaining luxury standards.Knowledge of food safety, hygiene practices, and international pastry standards.Flexibility to work long hours, weekends, and during peak event seasons.
