Job Description
- Create detailed 3D visualizations and renderings for event concepts, layouts, and stage designs.
- Collaborate closely with event planners, clients, and production teams to interpret briefs and translate ideas into compelling 3D models.
- Develop and present mood boards, sketches, and digital mock-ups to communicate design concepts effectively.
- Ensure all 3D designs align with event themes, branding guidelines, and client expectations.
- Revise and refine designs based on feedback from stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery of final assets.
- Work with technical teams to assess feasibility and provide accurate measurements and specifications for event builds.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and technologies in 3D design and event production.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet tight deadlines.
- Prepare and organize files for production, ensuring compatibility with fabrication and AV teams.
- Participate in virtual meetings and presentations, clearly articulating design rationale and creative solutions.
- Technical drawing experience
Job Requirements
- 2-6 years of professional experience in 3D design, preferably within the events or creative industries.
- Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, Cinema 4D, or similar.
- Strong portfolio showcasing event-related 3D visualizations and design projects.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interpret client needs.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics, color, and spatial arrangement.
- Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including event planners and technical staff.
- Adaptability to shifting project requirements and feedback.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
