Through strategic partnerships, advisory services, and specialized subsidiaries, SEIZE supports Saudi Vision 2030 by delivering innovative business, digital, and human capital solutions.Role SummaryThe CEO Office Manager will oversee the full operations of the CEO’s office, managing a team of secretaries and executive assistants to ensure smooth workflows, effective communication, and timely execution of the CEO’s priorities. The role requires excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills to support the CEO in managing high-level engagements and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and supervise all secretaries and executive assistants working in the CEO’s office.Coordinate and optimize the CEO’s daily schedule, travel, meetings, and events.Act as a primary liaison between the CEO’s office and internal departments, government entities, and external stakeholders.Review and ensure quality of all correspondence, reports, and documents before submission to the CEO.Ensure timely follow-up and tracking of action items and directives issued by the CEO.Support the CEO in board meetings, committees, and strategic sessions by preparing agendas, minutes, and briefing notes.Oversee the office budget, resources, and administrative processes.Implement policies, procedures, and protocols to improve efficiency in the CEO’s office.Ensure confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive executive information.Mentor and develop the secretarial team, ensuring professionalism and alignment with SEIZE’s values.Qualifications & SkillsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).Experience: 7–10 years in executive office management, with at least 3 years supervising secretaries or administrative teams, preferably in semi-government or consulting organizations in KSA/GCC.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent organizational and multitasking ability.Strong communication and drafting skills in Arabic and English.High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.Proficiency in MS Office and executive correspondence systems.Knowledge of Saudi business protocols and corporate governance practices.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive executive-level salary and allowancesHealth insurance, annual leave, and benefits as per Saudi labor law.Leadership exposure to top-level decision-making.Career progression opportunities into higher executive support or administration leadership roles.
