Job Description

The Senior Tech Partner is responsible to support Schneider Electric Workplace and infrastructure Equipment (including network related) physically on-location at Schneider Electric facilities including but not limited to

- Desk-side service support
- Hardware break and fix
- Warranty & contract management
- IMACD
- PC Refresh
- Security Incidents management
- Events support
- Disaster Recovery
- Infrastructure Support
- VIP Support
- Stock level Management
- Non-Catalogued Onsite Services (Non-Standard Service Requests)
- Hands and Eyes Support
- Escort Services
- Preventive Maintenance

Scope

Saudi Arabia (Spark-Eastern Province - Abqaiq) & Remote support to other sites in the cluster.


Responsibilities
Provide daily deskside and remote IT support for Schneider Electric end users, including fault diagnosis, software/hardware troubleshooting, and system optimization.
Support and maintain desktop IT systems and peripherals such as PCs, printers, Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and collaboration tools.
Deliver Level 2 support for AV/conferencing equipment and assist during special events like board meetings and training sessions.
Perform basic network troubleshooting on corporate devices and ensure connectivity (wired/wireless) is functional.
Support mobile device setup, configuration, and basic troubleshooting, including BYOD scenarios.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and group policies within a Windows AD domain environment.
Handle all support activities using ITSM tools—assigning, resolving, escalating tickets with detailed documentation.
Execute PC refresh tasks including configuration, data migration, connectivity checks, and asset updates in CMDB.
Perform hardware break-fix services, warranty coordination, and temporary replacements while ensuring data integrity and secure disposal.
Conduct daily preventive maintenance walkthroughs of IT rooms, data centers, and server rooms to identify and report anomalies.
Provide “Hands & Eyes” support for infrastructure tasks under remote team guidance, including server checks and issue reporting.
Facilitate physical access, escort services, and compliance with Schneider Electric’s security policies for infrastructure equipment.


Bachelor's degree in computer science, or equivalent experiences.
5 years of relevant working experience in IT support filed.
Problem solving and influencing skills with good serving attitude.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong motivation and can be self-directed in working with multi-cultural / multi-country teams.
Effective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills.
ITIL certification / IT support experience is a plus.
Project and time management skills.

Job Requirements
