Key Responsibilities
Process day-to-day accounting operations and General Ledger reconciliations using the Zoho system.
Prepare journal entries and support accurate bookkeeping and financial records.
Actively participate in year-end physical inventory.
Prepare and record adjustment entries.
Review foreign exchange and prepare related transactions.
Review all transactions posted to the Zoho system.
Ensure proper documentation of all financial activities.
Job Requirements
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, majoring in accounting.
3–6 years of experience in accounting.
Prior experience with an accounting system (Zoho is a plus).
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Medium-level English skills.
Preferably experienced in taxes.
Preferably experienced in Saudi Arabia.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously without losing focus.
Home office requirements: a quiet and suitable workspace equipped with a computer, high-speed internet, and a camera.
