Job Description

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement result-driven sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Identify new business opportunities in the infrastructure and construction sectors.
  • Monitor GRP market trends, competitor movements, and tender landscapes to adjust plans.

Team Leadership

  • Build and manage a performance-driven sales team.
  • Set clear sales targets, lead with KPIs, and ensure accountability.
  • Coach and mentor team members through regular performance reviews.

Customer & Partner Relations

  • Establish and grow strategic relationships with contractors, consultants, government entities, and developers.
  • Lead contract negotiations to maximize business growth and profitability.
  • Maintain exceptional levels of client satisfaction and project retention.


Reporting & Analysis

  • Track team performance using CRM and dashboards.
  • Provide detailed sales reports and actionable insights to senior management.
  • Analyze pipelines and revenue trends to drive sustainable growth.

Marketing Collaboration

  • Work hand-in-hand with the marketing team to align campaigns with sales cycles.
  • Share customer insights and project feedback to inform go-to-market messaging.


 


 

Job Requirements

  • Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets
  • Previous experience as a sales executive, sales manager or sales and marketing director
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
  • Proven ability to position products against competitors
  • Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
