Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
Team Leadership:
Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
Set individual and team sales targets, ensuring motivation and productivity.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching.
Customer & Partner Relations:
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealerships, distributors, and corporate clients.
Negotiate contracts and partnerships to enhance business growth.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Reporting & Analysis:
Track sales performance using KPIs and provide reports to senior management.
Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and growth.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Marketing Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
Provide feedback on customer needs and market demands.
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
10+ years of sales experience, preferably in automotive, insurance, or protection services.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing teams.
Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
Fluency in English and Arabic.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
