Job Description
- Introduce, promote, and sell decorative ceramic products through regular client visits to maintain strong relationships and gather market intelligence.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional activities to support sales targets and increase product awareness.
- Implement sales policies and marketing initiatives in alignment with company guidelines to drive business growth and consistency.
- Ensure timely collection of payments according to assigned targets to maintain healthy working capital.
- Maintain excellent customer relationships, handle complaints efficiently, and deliver high-quality service to distributors and clients.
- Actively use and maintain accurate records in CRM and SAP systems.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure prompt delivery and outstanding customer service.
- Respond to client inquiries and introduce suitable products and services to dealers and project clients.
- Conduct regular area audits to identify market potential and provide insights for territory development in collaboration with the Supervisor.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), WordPress, SAP, and CRM platforms.
- Willingness to travel extensively for site and project visits.
- 5 to 7 years of proven field experience in sales, preferably within the paints, chemical, or ceramic sectors.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
