  • The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for:
  • Managing all aspects of the HR department,
  • Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives,
  • Ensuring all HR policies and practices are compliant with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Designing and implementing company-wide talent management programs to attract, retain and develop top talent.
  • The Human Resources Manager will be expected to develop relationships across the organization to deliver against key objectives, support the business in achieving targets, and maintain a strong focus on employee engagement and wellbeing.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resource Management or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources management
  • Experience 3 years Real Estate
  • Excellent knowledge of HR functions and best practices, including but not limited to: talent acquisition and retention, compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management, and compliance
  • Demonstrated experience designing and implementing innovative HR programs and initiatives
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and build strong relationships across an organization
  • Detail-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
